Root dividends stop cashing out to TAO and are held in the root validator's basket of subnet alpha, which the validator can rebalance and stakers redeem to TAO.

Root dividends stop cashing out to TAO and are held in the root validator's basket of subnet alpha, which the validator can rebalance by trading (`swap_basket`) and stakers redeem to TAO on demand.
