### `200` — Service is healthy

| Field | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `ok` | `boolean` | Yes | Service health status. Always `true` while the process is serving. |
| `timestamp` | `string` | Yes | Current server time as an ISO 8601 string with millisecond precision and a trailing `Z`, e.g. `2024-05-15T10:30:00.000Z`. |
| `version` | `string` | Yes | API version, taken from `Cargo.toml` at compile time (e.g. `0.1.0`). |
