Welcome to Taostats! Taostats provides tools and analytics for the Bittensor blockchain ecosystem and is operated by T34 Corporation FZCO ("Taostats", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Taostats' website, API, mobile app, Chrome extension, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Services Provided
Taostats offers:
- Real-time and historical blockchain data analytics
- Account, subnet, validator, and transaction insights
- Swapping and staking interfaces for TAO and subnet tokens (where available)
- Paid "Pro" features, including portfolio tracking, tax reports, and API access
Taostats is for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, PIN, and API keys, and for all activity under them.
- You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful activity, to violate the terms of any applicable blockchain protocol, or to breach applicable sanctions.
- You agree not to misuse, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the rate limits or security controls of the Services, or to resell the Services or API data without our written consent.
- You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and under your sole control.
4. No Investment Advice & No Responsibility for Transactions
All staking, limit orders, swaps, and liquidity provision performed through Taostats are entirely at your own risk and discretion. Taostats does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any actions you take on the Bittensor network via our services, including but not limited to staking tokens, executing swaps, placing limit orders, or managing liquidity positions, are your sole responsibility.
Taostats and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, failed transactions, missed opportunities, or other outcomes resulting from your use of these features. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You should carefully evaluate your own objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance before participating.
Tax reports generated by Taostats are produced from public blockchain data and the wallets you link. They are provided to assist you and do not constitute tax advice. You are responsible for checking their accuracy and for your own tax obligations.
5. Pro Subscriptions and Payment
Plans. Pro features are available on the plans and prices shown on our website or at checkout. We may change plan features and limits from time to time.
Payment. You can pay by card, processed by Stripe, or in cryptocurrency where offered. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for all fees due. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network.
Anonymous accounts. You may use a Pro account without providing an email address, using a PIN to sign in and cryptocurrency to pay. If you lose your PIN we may be unable to recover your account, and you are responsible for keeping it safe.
Renewal and cancellation. Card-paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plans paid in cryptocurrency run for the period purchased and do not renew automatically.
No refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. Partial periods and unused features are not refunded.
Taxes. Fees exclude taxes, duties, and bank, card, or network charges, which are your responsibility.
Non-payment. If a payment fails or is overdue we may suspend or downgrade your Pro features after reasonable notice.
Price changes. We may change plan pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not accept a price change you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. API Usage
If you access our API, you must comply with rate limits and security requirements. We reserve the right to modify or revoke API access at any time. API access on free and Pro plans is provided without any uptime or support commitment.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.
8. Intellectual Property
Taostats and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including our software, data compilations, designs, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own purposes. Blockchain data itself is public; our indexing, aggregation, analytics, and presentation of it are ours.
9. Disclaimers
- Taostats is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.
- We do not warrant the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of data nor the uninterrupted availability of the Services.
- We do not control the Bittensor network or any other blockchain, and are not responsible for chain halts, forks, reorganisations, protocol changes, or network congestion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taostats and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or digital assets, or for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the first event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Taostats and its affiliates against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of law or these Terms, or unauthorised use of the Services caused by your failure to keep your credentials, PIN, or API keys secure.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time, and may close your account by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, create security or operational risk, fail to pay fees when due, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the Services ends and any fees already paid are not refunded. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, continue to apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users by posting an announcement or updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC"). Before starting court proceedings, the parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any part is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
